Users are defined as brokers or other employees that use an iPad plus any "floater" iPads in the company that are rotated among brokers/employees or are used by guest clients on a tour. Basically this is a per in-house iPad fee (guest clients with their own iPads do not count toward this total).
After you create an account, you get instant access to all SiteTourBook features for 7 days. The primary reason for this trial period is simply to allow time for your internal review and approval of this service and for setting up the details for a recurring payment. We do not require any payment information during the trial, so you get to try SiteTourBook obligation-free.
A SiteTourBook representative will contact you within 24 hours of your account creation and provide you with an invoice. Offices will set up one-time and a recurring ACH payment. Individuals on the Solo plan will also have the option of using a major credit card.
Our SiteTourBook support team will email you before your trial expires. We'll prompt you to choose one of our subscription plans. You'll register your payment information and your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, tourbook data, and actions remain intact).
If you decide not to set up a payment at the end of your 7-day trial, your account will expire.
We offer monthly billing. Larger Offices may set up annual billing if that is preferred. Contact us to see if you're eligible.
